You need your data to make the most out of your HubSpot account, but transferring it to HubSpot can be time-consuming and challenging, especially when you're still learning how to use and configure the platform. Fortunately, HubSpot is here to help! We can assist you in moving your data into HubSpot so that you can concentrate on running your business.
Common Questions
Our service uses custom tools to replicate your existing CRM data in HubSpot so you can pick up right where you left off. HubSpot Data Sync integrations will keep HubSpot up-to-date until your team is ready. Your HubSpot CRM Data Migration Specialist will manage the tools in HubSpot and provide guidance on the HubSpot data model and how to perform data cleanup in your current CRM.
Note: While the Specialist can provide guidance on any data cleansing needed to ensure that records transfer, they won’t have direct access to your current CRM.
The service period is 60 days and most migrations are completed within 2-3 weeks. Factors that will impact the time to complete are the number of records and the overall quality of your data.

Due to the automated nature of our service, only the supported data detailed in the Data Sync Integrations can be included (see links in previous question). You will be responsible to address any other data needs, including but not limited to:

- Migration of data from multiple sources
- Migration of data from files
- Migration of data from unsupported CRMs
- Migration of automations, templates, and other content
